Lady Regenia Crane has a passion to disciple and mentor women from all walks of life. She believes that women are to be celebrated as the special gem God has made them. No matter where they are today, she believes that there is so much more that God has for them and every woman should desire to walk in their ordained destiny. She is the founder of W.E.L.L. Ministry (Women who desire to be Whole by Equipping themselves with the word of God, Leaving behind the past, and Looking toward the destiny that God has for them) She teaches her passion of God’s transforming love through women’s conferences, small group bible studies, discipleship and Sunday School

Lady Crane’s heart is that the women of God in the body of Christ will demonstrate the characteristics of the Titus 2 women to girls at an early age. She has demonstrated early mentorship through her Esther’s Girls Mentoring Program that seeks to teach, model, and impart truths, skills, and wisdom to the total person of young girls ages 13-18. Lady Crane has written and implemented a curriculum in her church and community for a bible study journey for women called W.O.H. (Women of Honor). She has a special heart for pastor’s wives and seeks to support them in knowing how impactful and influential they can be in the body of Christ and their church. Her mentoring and discipling gift is also shown through her profession as she is an administrator in Mansfield School District. She currently serves on the board of the Southeast/McDonald YMCA and Destined to Adorn Resource Center. She has received awards for her work in the community as she believes in giving back through your time, talent, and resources. In addition, she is part of DFW Citiwomen, a resource cadre of women who avail themselves to providing various resources and support to the community.
Lady Crane has a God-given ability to communicate truth with passion as a “real” sister. Her nature is to fellowship with women who seek continual progress in the Lord and are willing to be held accountable. She firmly believes that your circle is indicative of who you are, where your stand, your beliefs and the standards you hold
Lady Crane has been married for over 30 years to Pastor Jack A. Crane of Truevine Baptist Church and is the mother of one son, Jacob and daughter-in-law, Danielle who lives in Richmond, Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Business and Master of Arts in Counseling.
One of her mottos is “Your story today does not have to be the final story. Every day we have the opportunity to rewrite and edit our story through our experiences and choices. With the love of God and His forgiveness, we will always be given a chance to impact and influence the world.
